Registration Procedure for COECSA Congress 2023

  • All delegates are hereby notified that hotel-airport transfer shall be available from Moi International Airport at subsidised rates of US$ 50 return. The shuttles shall be transferring guests on an hourly basis from the airport to the hotel and back. The fare shall be paid directly to the service provider upon arrival. Further the congress planning committee shall organize for inter-hotel pick ups and drop offs to the Designated Hotels:
  • To assist the organizers, delegates are requested to register online BEFORE 31st December 2022 in order to qualify for the early bird registration fee. You are still welcome to register after this date.
  • It is your responsibility to ensure that the organizers have received your registration form. You will receive a confirmation by e-mail from the organizers within 10 working days
  • Registrations for the Congress can only be confirmed by e-mail once full payment has been received.
  • All speakers are required to register.
